Turkey Creek Farm Meats
Turkey Creek Farms sells all natural,
hormone and antibiotic-free beef and
pork. The animals are raised in a gentle
and caring environment and have a limited
amount of stress.  They all eat hay and
grain ground on our farm, making the
meat very tender and tasteful.
Our beef and pork are processed at a
state inspected facility, Yoder Meats, in
Yoder, KS.  It is sold by the half, quarter
and the piece.     
Prices (Hanging weight and includes processing)
Beef: $2.50/lb for wholes, halves, quarters
Pork: $2.30/lb for wholes and halves
Beef by the Piece:
$2.50/lb Hamburger
$3.00/lb Roasts
$3.50/lb Steaks
Pork by the Piece
$2.25/lb Ribs, misc
$2.50/lb Sausage, Brats, Bacon
$3.00/lb Roasts, Cured Ham
If you would like to buy meat by the whole, half or quarter (beef), please contact me and
we can make the arrangements.  I will take the animal to Yoder Meats, you will call to make
the cutting instructions (it's pretty easy and Lori will walk you through it), then pick up the
meat in 10-14 days from Yoders and mail me the check.  It's pretty simple.  If this is your
first time ordering, I might ask you for a $75 deposit.

If you are interested in the total cost, processed weight for a whole beef is about 600 lbs
(hanging weight). So if you would like a half, it would be 300 lbs X $2.50= $750.00.  This
includes the meat and your processing fees.  A whole pork runs about 180 lbs, so if you
would like half, it would be 90 lbs X $2.30= $207.00.  Very simple and extremely
comparable to supermarket prices, but not even close in taste!
